چکیده
Background: Despite the advances in treating burn injuries, severity remains one of most challenging cases to be treated. As technologies advances, regenerative therapies using stem cells have been established and found effective friendly as a tool. Stromal vascular fraction (SVF), extracted from adipose tissue, has great potential for multipotent mesenchymal differentiation. Recent research determined therapeutic effects SVF on injury. Previous finding proved efficacy that is isolated enzymatically. This aimed examine allogenic mechanically (MI) deep partial-thickness burns Wistar rat. Materials Methods: After induction, 45 rats were divided into three groups 15 follows: group (control, treated with phosphate-buffered saline), two (treated silver sulfadiazine (SSD), (injected SVF). was harvested inguinal fat pad six processed. All injections administered intradermally at four edges cover entire wound bed. Morphological histopathological analyses performed all different time points (4, 8, 32 d post-treatment). Results: Treatment MI significantly reduced edema formation dryness bed day compared control (P = 0.001). Histopathological results showed inflammation 0.045) increased neovascularization 8 0.016). Epithelial thickness greater SSD 0.034). Conclusions: The this study indicated deep-partial-thickness by increasing epithelial reducing inflammation.

متن کاملEffects of Hair Follicle Stem Cells on Partial-Thickness Burn Wound Healing and Tensile Strength
Background: The recent improvements in wound healing have led to new strategies in regenerative medicine. Burn wound healing is an important issue in skin regeneration and has multiple indications for stem cell therapy. Hair follicle stem cells (HFSCs) are a highly promising source of stem cells for healing use, as these cells are accessible, active and pluripotent adult stem cells. Methods: HF...
